Teradek offers a 30-day return policy for high-performance video transmission equipment to ensure your production workflow meets the highest standards. All returned items must be in original condition with all included accessories and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate an RMA

  Contact our support team or visit the online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your device.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Gear

  Securely pack the electronics in their original factory packaging, including all antennas, cables, and power adapters to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Teradek

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own tracked shipping method to the exterior of the box and send it to our California service center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's functionality and condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
